The Lincat Silverlink 600 BS3 is a compact British-made electric dry heat bain marie designed for holding sauces, soups, gravy and other pre-cooked foods at serving temperature. At only 300mm wide, it provides a practical solution for cafés, pubs, restaurants, takeaways and other commercial catering environments where counter space is limited.

Supplied with two 4.5 litre round stainless steel pots complete with lids, the BS3 uses dry heat, removing the need to fill or drain a water bath. Independent controls allow each pot to be operated separately, helping reduce unnecessary energy use during quieter periods.

The stainless steel construction provides durability and makes everyday cleaning straightforward, while the thermostatic controls allow the holding temperature of each pot to be adjusted independently.

With a total power requirement of just 500W, the BS3 is supplied ready to use from a standard UK 13A electrical socket – no hardwiring is required.
