Delivery Prices
Local / Van Deliveries (Large Items)
Free one-man delivery is available within Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (within an 8-mile radius of BH12 4PE).
Deliveries outside this area are available on request — please contact us for a quotation.
Where appropriate, smaller items may be dispatched using our courier services.
Any missing items or damages must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.
Small Courier Items
Standard Delivery – typically scheduled for delivery on the next working day

Courier Items

Couriers will usually attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful and the item is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus any outbound and inbound carriage costs.

Further Delivery Information
Small & Courier Items
Orders placed before midday are usually dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability.
Items are sent via a recognised postal courier (typically APC Overnight).
Delivery is typically scheduled for the following working day; however, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking details will be provided directly by the courier via text or email.
Any missing items or damages must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.
Where delivery attempts are unsuccessful and items are returned to us, refunds will be issued minus outbound and inbound carriage costs.

All deliveries are ground floor only and provided as a one-man service.
A two-man service is available at an additional cost — please request a quotation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring items will fit through doorways and into their premises.
Delivery does not include unpacking, positioning, assembly, or removal of packaging.
An estimated delivery time window will be provided.
Unsuccessful deliveries may result in a re-delivery charge.
Pallet Deliveries
Orders placed before midday are typically dispatched the same or following working day, subject to availability.
Deliveries are made via the Pallettrack national pallet distribution network.
Delivery normally takes place between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
Tracking information will be provided automatically and updated on the day of delivery only, including an estimated time of arrival.
Delivery is kerbside only.
Missed deliveries may incur re-delivery charges from the carrier.

Click & Collect
All orders placed via the website may be collected from our warehouse.
Orders are usually ready within 2 hours.
Items must be collected within 14 working days during normal opening hours.
Additional Information
Orders may be fulfilled in multiple consignments and/or delivered using more than one carrier.
Certain items (including chemicals) are available for Click & Collect only due to transport restrictions.
Once dispatched, delivery is managed by third-party carriers. Nationwide Catering Equipment is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by carriers.
We are not responsible for damage to property caused by third-party delivery drivers.
