Warranties
Each piece of equipment is sold under one of the warranty terms below. The applicable warranty is shown on the product page.
Used — sold as seen
This item is sold as seen. We have inspected it before listing and it is in working order at the time of dispatch, but no warranty is provided beyond the statutory 14-day return window for faults.
If the item arrives faulty or materially different from the description, contact us within 14 days of delivery or collection to arrange a return for a full refund. Returns are at the buyer's cost and the item must come back in the same condition as sold. After 14 days, no claims for performance or condition can be accepted.
A Gas Safe or qualified electrical engineer is required for installation and commissioning, especially for gas, three-phase, and water-connected items. Per manufacturer warranty policies, your warranty may be cancelled unless an installation report can be provided.
