Warranty (If Applicable)

On new equipment the manufacturers’ warranty can be 12 to 36 months and the level of cover may vary according to the manufacturer’s policy. Warranty information will always be stated on the advert. All new equipment is serial controlled. Many parts only warranties will be 'return to base', meaning the cost of returning the item to the manufacturer lies with the buyer.

Any queries with regards to warranties- please enquire directly.

For used equipment no warranty is offered but the 14 days returns policy applies, see T&C's below.

For Ex-Demonstration equipment no warranty is offered, however the returns policy is extended to 30 days. If applicable this will be stated on the advert.

Please see the items label or online advert which will specify the returns policy or warranty offered.

All warranties offered are the liability of the manufacturer and are not supplied by Nationwide Catering Equipment Ltd.

Terms and Conditions

Our used products are sold with a 14 days returns policy for faults within this period.

The 14 day returns policy commences from the date of collection or delivery.

The item must be returned within the 14 day period, at the buyers cost and in the same condition as it was sold.

Items purchased which are supplied and fulfilled directly from the manufacturer- as specified in the items description, are special order items and are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. By placing an order for such items, the customer acknowledges and agrees that these products are excluded from our standard returns policy, except in cases where the item is received damaged (and reported within the time frame-as per our terms and conditions).

All new & used appliances must be installed by a qualified catering engineer or the returns policy will become null and void. Proof of installation from a qualified catering engineer may be requested, typically an engineers report and invoice.

All information provided on our adverts such as models, dimensions, quoted RRP's etc is accurate to the best of our knowledge but are intended as a guide only.
