The Lincat Silverlink 600 BS7 is a British-made electric dry heat bain marie designed for holding sauces, soups, gravy and other pre-cooked foods at serving temperature. Its 750mm wide countertop design provides six individual pots, making it particularly suitable for busy cafés, pubs, restaurants, takeaways and other commercial catering environments.

Supplied with six 4.5 litre round stainless steel pots complete with lids, the BS7 provides a generous 27 litre total capacity. Dry heat operation removes the need to fill or drain a water bath, making everyday use straightforward and convenient.

Independent controls allow each pair of pots to be operated separately, providing excellent flexibility and helping reduce unnecessary energy use when the full capacity isn't required. Thermostatic control allows food to be held reliably at the required serving temperature.

Durable stainless steel construction makes the BS7 well suited to demanding commercial use while also making everyday cleaning straightforward.

With a total power requirement of just 1kW, the BS7 is supplied ready to use from a standard UK 13A electrical socket – no hardwiring is required.
