Lincat Silverlink 600 BS3W Electric Wet Heat Bain Marie – 2 x 4.5 Litre Round Pots, 1kW

The Lincat Silverlink 600 BS3W is a British-made electric wet heat bain marie designed for holding sauces, soups, gravy and other pre-cooked foods at serving temperature. At just 300mm wide, its compact countertop design is particularly well suited to cafés, pubs, restaurants, takeaways and commercial kitchens where space is limited.

Supplied with two 4.5 litre round stainless steel pots, the BS3W provides a total pot capacity of 9 litres. Wet heat operation provides gentle, consistent heating, making it ideal for holding food at serving temperature for periods of up to two hours.

For additional flexibility, the BS3W can also be operated as a dry heat bain marie. Adjustable temperature control allows the holding temperature to be set according to the food being served.

Despite being a wet heat model, no permanent mains water or drainage connection is required, helping make installation and positioning straightforward.

With a total power requirement of just 1kW, the BS3W is a 230V single-phase plug-and-play appliance and can be operated from a standard UK 13A electrical socket – no hardwiring is required.

Includes 2–3 working day Mainland UK courier delivery – shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Supplied with Lincat’s 2-year parts and labour warranty.
