The Lincat V6F/D Silverlink 600 Electric Fan Assisted Oven combines powerful commercial roasting performance with a double-glazed glass door, allowing food to be viewed during cooking without unnecessarily opening the oven door. Its fan-assisted operation provides superior heat distribution and helps reduce cooking times.

With a 3kW power rating and convenient 13A plug connection, the V6F/D provides professional oven performance without requiring a higher-powered electrical supply. It accommodates 2/3 gastronorm containers and offers four shelf positions with two removable shelves supplied as standard.
