The Lincat AS3 Silverlink 600 Adjustable Salamander Grill combines powerful commercial grilling with a versatile rise-and-fall adjustable grill hood, allowing the distance between the heat source and food to be quickly altered to suit different dishes. It's ideal for grilling, gratinating, browning, finishing and toasting in busy cafés, pubs and restaurants.

Unlike a conventional salamander where food height is primarily adjusted by moving the shelf, the AS3 features a smooth-action, easy-lift grill hood. Height markings help operators repeatedly return the grill to the same position, while an audible timer assists with achieving consistent results from one batch to the next.
