The Lincat GR7/P Silverlink 600 Propane Gas Salamander Grill is a powerful, high-capacity commercial grill designed for fast grilling, browning, toasting and finishing. At 750mm wide, it provides considerably more cooking space than the smaller GR3/P, making it particularly well suited to busy pubs, restaurants and takeaways.

Powerful ceramic plaque burners provide rapid heat-up, while the generous 580 × 275mm cooking area gives plenty of space for high-volume service. Four shelf positions allow the distance between food and the heat source to be adjusted to suit different products and cooking requirements.

The GR7/P is supplied with a double-sided alloy branding plate, ideal for producing attractive branding marks on burgers, steaks and other grilled foods, together with a fat collection tray. An enamelled interior and hood help make routine cleaning easier, while cool-touch handles improve operator safety.

A flame failure device provides additional gas safety, and the GR7/P is rated for production of up to 56 × 115g frozen burgers per hour. As a commercial Propane/LPG appliance, professional gas installation is required.
