The Lincat AS4 Silverlink 600 Adjustable Salamander Grill is a powerful 4.5kW commercial rise-and-fall salamander, designed for fast grilling, browning, gratinating, toasting and finishing. Its adjustable grill hood allows the heat source to be positioned at the optimum height above the food, making it particularly versatile for busy professional kitchens.

The smooth-action, easy-lift grill hood can be quickly raised or lowered to suit different dishes. Height markings help operators return to the same position for repeatable results, while an audible timer provides additional control during busy service periods.

With a generous 532 × 340mm cooking area and 1/1 Gastronorm compatibility, the AS4 provides useful commercial capacity within a compact 600mm-wide footprint. A chromed toasting rack and removable fat collection tray are included, helping make both cooking and routine cleaning straightforward.

The AS4 is the higher-powered alternative to the 2.8kW AS3. Its 4.5kW heating output provides greater power for demanding applications and busy service periods.
