The Lincat GS7 Silverlink 600 Electric Griddle is a powerful 750mm-wide commercial griddle with a generous cooking surface for busy professional kitchens. Its dual-zone design provides two independently controlled cooking areas, allowing different foods to be cooked simultaneously at different temperatures or enabling only part of the griddle to be used during quieter periods.

The hard-wearing 12mm thick machined steel cooking plate provides excellent heat retention and even heat distribution. Each cooking zone is thermostatically controlled from 50°C to 250°C, providing accurate temperature adjustment and consistent cooking results across the large cooking surface.

The cooking plate is fully welded into the frame, helping prevent grease and food debris from collecting in difficult-to-clean areas, while the removable front drainer drawer makes routine cleaning easier.

Unlike the lower-powered GS3, GS4 and GS6 models, the 6kW GS7 is NOT a standard 13A plug-in appliance. It requires professional hardwired electrical installation and can be connected to either a 230V single-phase or 400V three-phase supply. On single phase the total current draw is 26.1A. When connected to three phase, the load is split across L1 and L2 at 13A per phase, with L3 unused. This does not mean the unit uses two 13A plugs.
