The Lincat GS9 Silverlink 600 Electric Griddle is a powerful 900mm-wide commercial griddle designed to provide a large cooking area for busy professional kitchens. Its dual-zone design provides two separately controlled heat zones, allowing either zone to be operated independently during quieter periods or different foods to be cooked simultaneously at different temperatures.

The hard-wearing 12mm thick machined steel cooking plate provides even heat distribution and excellent heat retention. Each cooking zone is thermostatically controlled from 50°C to 250°C, providing accurate temperature adjustment and consistent cooking results across the large cooking surface.

The cooking plate is fully welded into the frame, helping prevent leaks and areas where food and carbon can build up, making the griddle easier to keep clean during regular commercial use.

The GS9 is an 8.6kW commercial appliance and is NOT suitable for connection to a standard 13A socket. It requires professional hardwired electrical installation and can be connected to either a 230V single-phase or 400V three-phase supply. On single phase the current draw is 37.4A. On a three-phase supply Lincat specifies L1 at 12.1A, L2 at 12.1A and L3 at 13.1A.
