The Lincat GS4 Silverlink 600 Electric Griddle is a versatile 450mm-wide commercial griddle, providing a useful balance between cooking capacity and countertop space. The hard-wearing 12mm thick machined steel cooking plate provides excellent heat retention and even heat distribution across the cooking surface. Thermostatic temperature control from 50°C to 250°C allows the heat to be accurately adjusted to suit different foods and helps achieve consistent cooking results.

The cooking plate is fully welded into the frame, helping prevent grease and food debris from collecting in difficult-to-clean areas. A removable front drainer drawer collects cooking liquids and can be easily removed for routine cleaning.

Despite its larger 450mm cooking surface, installation remains particularly straightforward. The GS4 operates at 2.7kW from a 230V single-phase supply and is a plug-and-play appliance supplied for connection to a standard UK 13A socket, with no professional electrical installation required.
