The Lincat Silverlink 600 GS7/C is a British-made professional 750mm wide electric countertop griddle featuring a high-performance smooth chrome-plated cooking surface. Designed for busy commercial kitchens, it provides a generous cooking area with two independently controlled heat zones, making it ideal for cafés, pubs, restaurants and other catering establishments.

The chrome cooking surface heats efficiently and transfers heat effectively to food while reducing radiant heat into the kitchen compared with a conventional steel griddle plate. The two independently controlled cooking zones allow each side to be operated separately, making it possible to cook different foods at different temperatures or use only one side during quieter periods.

The thermostatically controlled cooking surface operates between 50°C and 250°C for accurate and consistent cooking. A removable front drainer drawer collects cooking residue and helps make everyday cleaning easier.
