The Lincat GS6/C Silverlink 600 Electric Griddle combines a generous 600mm-wide cooking area with a high-performance hard chrome cooking surface. Ideal for eggs, bacon, burgers, vegetables and a wide variety of other foods, it provides excellent cooking capacity for busy professional kitchens.

The chrome cooking surface heats up quicker than a standard griddle with less energy loss, while also reducing radiant heat into the kitchen. Heat is transferred efficiently to the food, helping to provide effective cooking performance while keeping the working environment cooler and reducing pressure on the ventilation system.

The 12mm thick cooking plate is thermostatically controlled from 50°C to 250°C for accurate temperature adjustment and consistent cooking results. The plate is fully welded into the frame to help prevent leaks and eliminate areas where food and carbon can build up.

The GS6/C operates from a 3kW, 230V single-phase electrical supply drawing 13A. Current Lincat specifications state that the appliance requires a dedicated hardwired electrical connection and professional installation. It should therefore not be described as a standard 13A plug-in appliance.
