Lincat Silverlink 600 GS4/P Propane Gas Griddle – 450mm Wide, 5.5kW

The Lincat Silverlink 600 GS4/P is a British-made professional propane gas countertop griddle with a heavy-duty machined steel cooking surface. At just 450mm wide, it offers excellent cooking performance in a compact footprint, making it particularly suitable for cafés, pubs, restaurants and other commercial kitchens where space is at a premium.

The 12mm thick machined steel cooking plate provides even heat distribution and excellent heat retention, making it ideal for cooking burgers, bacon, steaks, eggs, vegetables and a wide variety of other griddled foods.

Thermostatic control provides accurate temperature regulation for consistent results, while the fully welded cooking plate helps prevent leaks and areas where food and carbon can accumulate. Piezo ignition makes lighting straightforward, with a flame-failure device incorporated for additional safety.

The GS4/P is designed for use with propane gas and requires professional installation by a suitably qualified Gas Safe registered commercial catering engineer.
