Lincat Silverlink 600 GS4/N Natural Gas Griddle – 450mm Wide, 5.4kW

The Lincat Silverlink 600 GS4/N is a British-made professional natural gas countertop griddle with a heavy-duty machined steel cooking surface. At just 450mm wide, it offers excellent cooking performance in a compact footprint, making it particularly suitable for cafés, pubs, restaurants and other commercial kitchens where space is at a premium.

The 12mm thick machined steel cooking plate provides even heat distribution and excellent heat retention, making it ideal for cooking burgers, bacon, steaks, eggs, vegetables and a wide variety of other griddled foods.

Independent thermostatic control provides accurate temperature regulation for consistent results, while the fully welded cooking plate helps prevent leaks and areas where food and carbon can accumulate. A piezo ignition system makes lighting straightforward, with flame-failure protection incorporated for additional safety.

A removable front drainer drawer collects cooking residue and helps make everyday cleaning easier.

The GS4/N is designed for use with Natural Gas and requires installation by a suitably qualified Gas Safe registered commercial catering engineer.
