The Lincat OG8302/P is a powerful heavy-duty LPG salamander grill from the professional Opus 800 range, designed for high-output grilling, browning, toasting and finishing in busy commercial kitchens.

At 900mm wide, the OG8302/P provides a generous cooking area and three independently controlled heat zones. This gives chefs excellent control during service, allowing individual sections of the grill to be used according to demand rather than operating the entire cooking area unnecessarily.

Powerful ceramic plaque burners provide rapid, intense heat, making the OG8302/P ideal for grilling steaks, meat, fish and vegetables, as well as browning, gratinating, melting cheese, making toast and finishing dishes immediately before service.

The height-adjustable grill hood allows the distance between the food and heat source to be quickly altered to suit different products and cooking requirements.

Running on Propane LPG, the OG8302/P is particularly useful for commercial kitchens where mains Natural Gas is unavailable. As part of Lincat's heavy-duty Opus 800 range, it is ideally suited to demanding environments including busy restaurants, large pubs, hotels, hospitals, schools, care homes and other high-volume catering operations.

NO ELECTRICAL CONNECTION REQUIRED

The OG8302/P is entirely gas powered and does not require an electrical supply.

There is no electrical plug or hardwired electrical connection required. A suitable Propane LPG supply is required, with installation carried out by a suitably qualified Gas Safe registered commercial catering engineer.
