The Lincat OG8301/N is a powerful heavy-duty gas salamander grill from the professional Opus 800 range, designed for demanding commercial kitchens requiring fast, reliable grilling, finishing and toasting.

With its generous 800mm width and powerful 6kW Natural Gas burner, the OG8301/N is ideally suited to busy restaurants, pubs, hotels, schools, care homes and other high-output catering environments.

The powerful ceramic plaque burners provide rapid heat-up and intense heat, making the salamander ideal for grilling meat, fish and vegetables, as well as browning, gratinating, melting cheese and finishing dishes before service.
