Lincat LCOXL Lynx 400 XL Convection Oven – 2.5kW

Price includes 2–3 working day Mainland UK delivery, dispatched directly from the manufacturer.

Made in Britain, the Lincat Lynx 400 range combines proven Lincat quality and reliability with a compact, practical design. Created for simple plug-and-play operation, Lynx 400 equipment is ideal for cafés, pubs, event caterers and other businesses looking for dependable commercial catering equipment without complicated installation.

Built for the demands of professional use, Lynx 400 products are backed by a comprehensive 2-year Lincat parts & labour warranty for added peace of mind.

The Lincat LCOXL Lynx 400 XL Convection Oven combines the convenience of a plug-and-play countertop oven with a generous 4 × 1/1 GN capacity, making it an excellent choice for businesses needing greater cooking capacity without moving to a larger, hard-wired oven.

Its powerful 2.5kW fan-assisted oven provides rapid heat-up and uniform heat distribution for consistent cooking results. With an adjustable 50°C to 250°C temperature range, it's ideal for a wide variety of cooking and baking tasks including croissants, rolls, pies, pastries and pizzas.

The spacious cooking chamber accommodates 4 × GN 1/1 containers directly on the shelf runners. Simple rotary controls and a 60-minute timer make operation straightforward, while the side-opening door features a double-glazed viewing panel for improved energy efficiency and a cooler-touch exterior.

Despite its larger capacity, the LCOXL retains the simplicity of the Lynx 400 range, operating from a standard 13A plug with no professional installation required.
