Lincat LBM Lynx 400 Electric Dry Heat Bain Marie – 2 × 1/4 GN

Made in Britain, the Lincat Lynx 400 range combines proven Lincat quality and reliability with a compact, practical design. Created for simple plug-and-play operation, Lynx 400 equipment is ideal for cafés, pubs, event caterers and other businesses looking for dependable commercial catering equipment without complicated installation.

Built for the demands of professional use, Lynx 400 products are backed by a comprehensive 2-year Lincat parts & labour warranty for added peace of mind.

Price includes 2–3 working day Mainland UK delivery, dispatched directly from the manufacturer.

The Lincat LBM Lynx 400 Electric Bain Marie is a compact dry-heat unit designed for keeping pre-cooked foods at serving temperature. At just 285mm wide, it's particularly well suited to cafés, pubs, takeaways, restaurants and other commercial kitchens where countertop space is limited.

Supplied with 2 × 1/4 GN stainless steel containers and lids, each 100mm deep, the LBM arrives ready for use and provides a convenient way to hold sauces, vegetables, gravies, toppings and other hot foods during service.

The dry-heat design requires no water, making the bain marie simple to operate and avoiding the need to fill or empty a water bath. Thermostatic control allows the heat to be adjusted to suit the food being held, while the stainless steel construction provides durability and straightforward cleaning.

With an economical 0.25kW power rating and simple plug-and-play operation, the LBM provides a practical hot-holding solution without requiring professional installation.
