Lincat ECO8 Specialist 3 x 1/1 GN Electric Convection Oven – 3kW, 13A Plug-In
The Lincat ECO8 is a versatile commercial electric convection oven with capacity for 3 x 1/1 GN containers. Featuring twin-fan air circulation and a wide 50°C to 300°C temperature range, it provides an effective countertop cooking solution for professional kitchens.
Twin-fan air circulation distributes heat throughout the cooking chamber, while the oven's water injection facility allows additional moisture to be introduced when required.
A major advantage of the ECO8 is its straightforward electrical requirement. Despite its full 1/1 GN capacity, the oven has a total power rating of just 3kW and operates from a 230V single-phase supply using a standard 13A plug connection.
The ECO8 can be used as a countertop oven or paired with the compatible Lincat ECO8/FS floor stand to create a freestanding installation. The ECO8/FS floor stand is NOT included with the oven and is available separately.

14-day returns policy for faults on used equipment. We'll accept a return of a faulty item within 14 days of delivery/collection, at the buyer's cost and in the same condition as sold.

Warranty & Returns
2 years parts & labour
This new item ships with a 24-month parts-and-labour warranty from the date of delivery. Any component that fails under normal commercial use within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you, including the engineer's labour and call-out.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes consumables, glass, seals, lamps, customer-fault damage, and faults caused by incorrect installation or inadequate cleaning. Servicing must be carried out by an approved engineer to keep the warranty valid.
