The Merrychef conneX 16 is a powerful, high-capacity accelerated cooking oven, combining microwave, convection and impingement technology to deliver exceptional cooking results in a fraction of the time of conventional ovens.

Featuring a larger cooking cavity than the popular conneX 12, the conneX 16 is ideal for busy cafés, restaurants, pubs, takeaway outlets, hotels and high-volume catering operations. Capable of cooking, toasting, grilling, baking and regenerating food up to 20 times faster than conventional cooking methods, this high-performance oven offers excellent versatility and increased cooking capacity.

Finished in stylish carbon black, the conneX 16 is particularly suited to front-of-house cooking environments, open kitchens and premium foodservice establishments. Its advanced easyTouch 2.0 touchscreen controls allow operators to achieve consistent cooking results with minimal training.

IMPORTANT – This is the HIGH POWER model and requires a dedicated 32 AMP SINGLE PHASE electrical connection. It is NOT suitable for use with a standard UK 13A plug socket. The electrical connection must be installed and checked by a suitably qualified electrician.

If an incorrect oven is ordered, any authorised return will be subject to a manufacturer's restocking fee and collection/uplift charges. The oven must be completely unused, in its original packaging and securely boxed for return. Returns are subject to manufacturer approval.
