The Lincat TurboChef CiBO+ Boosted TCIBO+BST/B is a powerful 4.7kW high-speed oven designed for busy cafés, coffee shops, pubs, convenience stores and other high-demand operations. Lincat's Tri-Heat technology combines microwave, high-velocity TurboAir and independently controlled ContactBase heat for exceptionally fast cooking with excellent colour and crispness.

This is the SINGLE-PHASE CiBO+ Boosted, supplied with a 32A Commando plug. It is not a standard 13A plug-in appliance and requires a suitable 230V single-phase 32A Commando socket.

The additional power of the Boosted model allows all three heat sources to operate simultaneously. Lincat states this provides 25% higher throughput for most foods, toasted sandwiches up to 20% faster than the standard CiBO+, and zero recovery time between cooking cycles – particularly useful during busy service periods.

Perfect for paninis, toasted sandwiches, pizzas, wraps, pastries, breakfast products and much more, the CiBO+ Boosted provides genuinely rapid cooking from a compact countertop footprint. Its 340 x 340mm cooking chamber can accommodate up to a 12" pizza.

Ventless operation means conventional extraction is not required, while the large 7-inch touchscreen provides simple operation and programmable recipes for consistent results. No water or drain connection is required.
