The Lincat Silverlink 600 ECG9 is a British-made professional electric countertop chargrill designed for high-output commercial kitchens. At 900mm wide, it provides a substantial cooking area and produces distinctive chargrilled flavour and attractive branding without the need for messy lava rocks.

High heat-retention cast iron cooking grids help maintain consistent cooking temperatures and reduce recovery time during busy service. The generous 780 x 400mm cooking area makes the ECG9 ideal for preparing burgers, steaks, chicken, vegetables and a wide variety of other chargrilled dishes.

An integral water bath helps keep food succulent and reduce shrinkage during cooking. Hinged, interlocked heating elements provide easier access for cleaning, while the integral splashguard incorporates a water funnel so the tank can be topped up without needing to cool the cooking grid first.

A high-temperature safety cut-out provides protection should the water bath run dry.

IMPORTANT ELECTRICAL INFORMATION – The ECG9 is a powerful 13.3kW THREE-PHASE ONLY appliance. It requires a 400V three-phase electrical supply and must be professionally hardwired. The electrical load is L1 23.2A, L2 23.2A and L3 11.6A. It is NOT supplied with a 13A plug and is NOT suitable for single-phase connection.
