The Lincat Silverlink 600 ECG6 is a British-made professional electric countertop chargrill designed to produce distinctive chargrilled flavour and attractive branding without the need for messy lava rocks. At 600mm wide, it offers excellent cooking capacity for cafés, pubs, bars, restaurants and other busy commercial kitchens.

High heat-retention cast iron cooking grids help maintain consistent cooking temperatures and produce attractive branding marks on food. The ECG6 is ideal for burgers, steaks, chicken, vegetables and a wide variety of other chargrilled dishes.

An integral water bath helps keep food succulent and reduce shrinkage during cooking. Hinged, interlocked heating elements provide easier access for cleaning, while the integral splashguard incorporates a water funnel so the tank can be topped up without needing to cool the cooking grid first.

A high-temperature safety cut-out provides protection should the water bath run dry.

IMPORTANT ELECTRICAL INFORMATION – The ECG6 is an 8kW hardwired appliance and is NOT supplied with a 13A plug. It can be professionally connected to either a 230V single-phase supply requiring approximately 34.8A, or a 400V three-phase supply drawing approximately 11.6A per phase. Professional electrical installation is required.
