The Lincat GS3/C Silverlink 600 Electric Griddle combines a compact 300mm footprint with a high-performance chrome cooking surface. Ideal for cooking eggs, bacon, burgers, vegetables and a wide variety of other foods, it is particularly suited to professional kitchens where counter space is at a premium.

The chrome cooking surface heats up more quickly and transfers heat to food more efficiently than a standard griddle, with reduced energy loss and less radiant heat escaping into the kitchen. This helps keep the working environment cooler while reducing pressure on the kitchen ventilation system.

Thermostatic temperature control from 50°C to 250°C provides accurate temperature adjustment for consistent cooking results.
