Lincat OE8414 Opus 800 Direct Cook Electric Chargrill – 900mm, 13.44kW

The British-made Lincat OE8414 Opus 800 Direct Cook Chargrill is a heavy-duty 900mm electric chargrill designed to deliver excellent chargrilled results without requiring a gas supply.

Unlike a conventional electric chargrill where food is heated indirectly through cast-iron grids, the Direct Cook system places the food directly onto specially designed heating elements. This gives chefs the high-temperature contact needed to produce distinctive seared lines and chargrilled results while providing fast heat-up and excellent cooking performance.

With a substantial 730 x 590mm cooking area and two independently controlled heat zones, the OE8414 is ideally suited to busy restaurants, pubs, hotels, steakhouses and other professional kitchens cooking large quantities of steaks, burgers, chicken, fish and vegetables.

Direct Cook Technology -

The OE8414 uses Lincat's Direct Cook technology, with food cooked directly on the heating elements rather than conventional cast-iron branding grids.

It requires a dedicated direct-hardwired electrical connection and professional installation by a suitably qualified electrician.
