One of CiBO's biggest advantages is its simple electrical connection – the 2.7kW oven runs from a STANDARD UK 13A PLUG. No three-phase supply or hardwiring is required, while its ventless catalyst technology removes the need for conventional external extraction.

CiBO combines convection, grill and a heated base to deliver rapid results. It can replace several separate appliances and is ideal for pizzas, paninis, toasted sandwiches, pastries, breakfast products and other hot snacks. Lincat states that a wide range of foods can be perfectly cooked in less than three minutes.

The easy-to-use touchscreen includes six standard pre-set programmes, with recipes customisable to suit your menu.
