Proudly designed and manufactured in Britain, the King Edward VCOMP Vista Compact is a clever all-in-one countertop solution combining a commercial convection oven, illuminated hot display and independently heated two-pot bain marie in one compact unit.

Part of King Edward's contemporary Vista range, the VCOMP is ideal for positioning alongside other Vista equipment such as the VISTA25, VISTA60 and VHFD Hot Food Display. Their complementary stainless steel and glass styling allows businesses to create a smart, coordinated front-of-house cooking and serving area.

The fan-assisted convection oven can cook up to 25 x 6/8oz jacket potatoes in approximately one hour, with space in the illuminated upper display for a further batch of cooked potatoes ready for service.

What really sets the VCOMP apart is its independently heated integral two-pot bain marie. Supplied with 2 x 1.4-litre stainless steel pots with notched lids, it allows pre-heated toppings such as beans, chilli or curry to be conveniently hot-held alongside the potatoes – giving you a complete jacket potato serving station from a single compact appliance.

The oven isn't limited to potatoes either. Its adjustable convection oven can be used for a variety of other suitable foods, adding further flexibility to the unit.

A removable toughened-glass write-on/wipe-off menu board provides a convenient place to advertise fillings, prices and daily specials directly above the unit.

Despite combining cooking, display and hot-holding facilities, the VCOMP measures only 450(W) x 450(D) x 560(H) mm and weighs 38kg.

Installation is also straightforward. With a total electrical output of 2695W / 2.695kW, the VCOMP operates from a STANDARD UK 13A PLUG, with no specialist high-amperage or three-phase electrical supply required.
