The Vista's all-round display makes it particularly well suited to front-of-house use, helping showcase freshly baked jacket potatoes to customers from virtually any angle. It is an excellent choice for cafés, farm shops, food halls, canteens, visitor attractions, pubs and other busy foodservice operations.

The main cooking oven accommodates up to 60 x 8oz or 50 x 10oz potatoes. Once cooked, potatoes can be transferred to the independently heated 360° display above, which provides space for a further 60+ potatoes ready for service.

Despite its substantial capacity, installation is straightforward. The VISTA60 has a 2.725kW electrical load and operates from a STANDARD UK 13A PLUG, so there is no requirement for a specialist high-amperage or three-phase electrical supply.

Measuring 480(W) x 575(D) x 640(H) mm and weighing 33kg, the Vista 60 provides impressive cooking and display capacity within a relatively compact countertop footprint.
