The British-made IMC F72/210 VQ7 is a compact, professional commercial potato peeler designed to make potato preparation faster, easier and more efficient.

Manufactured by IMC, part of the Lincat Group, this robust machine can peel up to 90kg of potatoes per hour in 7kg batches, making it ideal for pubs, restaurants, hotels, schools, care homes and other commercial catering kitchens.

Its space-saving design allows it to be positioned on a suitable worktop or sink drainer, while the powerful 180W motor and heavy-duty belt and pulley drive deliver reliable peeling performance.

Supplied with a standard UK 13A plug, the F72/210 requires no specialist electrical connection. A suitable water supply and waste drainage arrangement are required.

Efficient Peeling and Easy Cleaning

The VQ7 features a corrosion-resistant cast aluminium peeling plate with a durable abrasive coating, providing effective peeling while reducing time spent on manual preparation.

Additional features include a safety interlock, no-volt release protection and a WRAS-compliant air-break system with brass water spray nozzle.
