The British-made IMC F72/200 VQ3.5 is a compact, professional commercial potato peeler designed to save valuable preparation time in busy catering kitchens.

Capable of peeling up to 62.9kg of potatoes per hour in 3.5kg batches, this efficient machine is ideal for pubs, restaurants, cafés, schools, care homes and other catering establishments preparing fresh potatoes and root vegetables.

Its compact design makes it particularly suitable for smaller kitchens, with the flexibility to position the machine on a countertop or suitable sink drainer.

Supplied with a standard UK 13A plug, the F72/200 requires no specialist electrical connection, although a suitable mains water supply and drainage connection are required.

Efficient Potato Peeling with Easy Cleaning

The VQ3.5 features a durable, rust-resistant cast aluminium peeling plate and heavy-duty belt and pulley drive, providing reliable peeling performance with straightforward operation.

A manually adjustable timer allows operators to control the peeling cycle, while the smooth, self-draining cylinder helps make cleaning and maintenance easier.

The machine also incorporates a safety interlock and a WRAS-compliant air-break system with brass water spray nozzle.
