Lincat PO49X Specialist Single Deck Electric Pizza Oven – 2.9kW, 13A Plug-In

The Lincat PO49X is a commercial single-deck electric pizza oven from Lincat’s Specialist range, combining a high cooking temperature with the convenience of a standard 13A electrical connection.

The oven features a firebrick cooking base, helping to produce crisp, evenly cooked pizza bases. Independently controlled top and base heating allows the cooking conditions to be adjusted to suit different products, while the wide 80°C to 400°C temperature range provides the high temperatures required for pizza cooking.

A 20-minute timer provides straightforward control during busy service periods, while the viewing window allows the cooking process to be monitored without opening the oven door.

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENT – despite being a commercial pizza oven capable of reaching 400°C, the PO49X has a 2.9kW electrical rating and operates from a 230V single-phase supply. The rated current is 12.6A and the oven is supplied with a cord-and-plug connection suitable for a standard UK 13A electrical supply. No hardwiring is required.

The PO49X can be used as a countertop pizza oven or paired with the compatible Lincat POFS floor stand to create a freestanding installation. The POFS floor stand is NOT included with the oven and is available separately.
