The Lincat SLR9C/P Silverlink 600 Propane Gas Oven Range combines six powerful gas burners with a high-power gas oven, providing substantial cooking capacity within a compact 900mm-wide commercial range. Lincat specifically recommends the range for applications including café bars, care homes and small restaurants.

Each of the six gas burners features a flame failure device for added safety, while the fully pressed and sealed hob top is designed for straightforward cleaning. A low-level flue maximises the available working area and allows large stock pots to be used.

The powerful 8.5kW gas oven features a side-opening door for easy access, together with four shelf positions and two removable shelves. This provides the capacity and flexibility needed for cooking a variety of dishes during busy service.

Importantly, the SLR9C/P is fitted with rear castors, allowing the range to be pulled out more easily for deeper cleaning. With an overall gas rating of 35.5kW, the SLR9C/P provides a powerful propane cooking solution while retaining the compact 600mm depth of the Silverlink 600 format.
