The Lincat HT6 Silverlink 600 Electric Boiling Top is a powerful four-plate countertop cooking unit, providing 7kW of total cooking power within a compact 600mm-wide footprint. Designed to fit seamlessly alongside other Silverlink 600 equipment, it's a practical choice for busy commercial kitchens requiring dependable everyday boiling and cooking capacity.

Each hotplate is independently operated by a six-position control switch, giving the chef straightforward control over cooking output. Automatic power reduction operates if a pan boils dry or is removed, helping to prolong the life of the hotplates.

The fully pressed and sealed hob top makes the unit easier to clean and maintain, while the low-level flue maximises the usable working area and allows large stock pots to be accommodated.

As part of the modular Silverlink 600 system, the HT6 can be installed as a countertop appliance or combined with compatible 600mm Silverlink pedestals and floor stands, allowing a coordinated cooking station to be created to suit the available kitchen space.
