The Lincat HT6/N Silverlink 600 Natural Gas Boiling Top provides powerful commercial cooking performance from four high-output gas burners within a compact 600mm-wide countertop unit. With a total gas rating of 18kW, it offers plenty of cooking power for busy professional kitchens while retaining the space-efficient dimensions of the Silverlink 600 range.

Each of the four burners provides 4.5kW of power and incorporates a flame failure device for added safety. Robust vitreous-enamelled cast iron pan supports provide a strong and stable cooking surface suitable for demanding everyday commercial use.

The fully pressed and sealed hob top is designed to make routine cleaning straightforward by reducing areas where spills and food debris can collect. A low-level flue maximises the available hob area, allowing large stock pots to be accommodated.

As part of the modular Silverlink 600 system, the HT6/N can be combined with other compatible Silverlink appliances to create a coordinated commercial cooking line. It can be used as a countertop appliance or paired with compatible Silverlink pedestal and stand options, allowing the cooking line to be configured around the requirements and available space of the kitchen.
