The Lincat ESLR9C/SPH Silverlink 600 Electric Oven Range offers the capacity of a full six-plate commercial oven range while operating from a 230V single-phase electrical supply. This makes it particularly attractive for commercial premises where a three-phase supply is not available but the capacity of a larger 900mm-wide range is required.

Unlike the standard ESLR9C, which requires a 400V three-phase supply, the ESLR9C/SPH has been specifically designed by Lincat for 230V single-phase operation. With a total electrical rating of 13kW and a 56.5A load, it still requires a suitable dedicated electrical circuit and professional hardwired installation – it is not a plug-in appliance.

The hob provides six independently controlled electric hotplates, giving plenty of capacity for preparing several dishes simultaneously. Individual six-position controls provide straightforward adjustment of each cooking area, while automatic power reduction operates if a pan boils dry or is removed, helping to protect the hotplates and reduce unnecessary energy use.

Below the hob is a powerful fan-assisted commercial oven, providing even heat distribution for consistent cooking results.
