Lincat Silverlink 600 HC4 Heated Open-Top Pedestal / Hot Cupboard – 450mm Wide, 500W

The Lincat Silverlink 600 HC4 is a compact 450mm wide heated pedestal which combines a floor stand for compatible Silverlink 600 countertop equipment with a useful heated cupboard underneath.

Unlike the ambient CC4 pedestal, the HC4 is heated, making the cupboard particularly useful for warming plates and crockery or for holding pre-cooked food at serving temperature. This makes excellent use of the space beneath compatible countertop cooking equipment while helping keep frequently required items warm and ready for service.

The HC4 features thermostatic temperature control from 30°C to 110°C, allowing the cupboard temperature to be adjusted for different requirements. An internal shelf provides two levels of storage within the heated compartment.

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENT – the HC4 itself requires an electrical supply in addition to any appliance installed on top. It has a low 500W / 0.5kW power requirement and operates from a 230V single-phase supply. Lincat specifies that professional installation is not required.

When purchasing the HC4 to support an electric Silverlink countertop appliance, remember that the appliance positioned on top has its own separate electrical requirements. The HC4's 500W electrical requirement does not supply power to the equipment installed above it.

Please note that Lincat specifies the HC pedestal range as not suitable for supporting gas appliances.
