The Lincat ESLR6C Silverlink 600 Electric Oven Range combines four powerful electric hotplates with a large-capacity 4kW fan-assisted oven, providing a versatile all-in-one cooking solution within a compact 600mm-wide footprint.

The hob features two 2kW front hotplates and two 1.5kW rear hotplates. The higher-powered front plates are ideal for faster cooking and sautéing, while the rear plates are well suited to simmering. Each hotplate has its own six-position control, allowing the heat output to be adjusted independently. Automatic power reduction operates if a pan boils dry or is removed, helping to prolong hotplate life.

Below, the powerful 4kW fan-assisted oven provides uniform heat distribution for consistent cooking results and increased productivity. Lincat designed the ESLR6C specifically for smaller and medium-sized establishments where space is important but a robust, high-performance commercial oven range is still required.

The fully pressed and sealed hob is designed for straightforward cleaning and maintenance. Rear castors are fitted as standard, allowing the range to be pulled forward more easily when access is required for deeper cleaning behind and around the appliance.
