Lincat LD2 Seal Countertop Heated Food Display with Gantry – 2 x GN1/1, 1.5kW, 13A Plug-In

The British-made Lincat LD2 Seal is a compact commercial countertop heated food display with an overhead heated and illuminated gantry, designed to keep freshly cooked food warm and attractively presented during service.

Ideal for cafés, pubs, restaurants, hotels, carveries, buffets and self-service catering, the LD2 combines a thermostatically controlled heated base with overhead halogen heat lamps to maintain food at serving temperature.

With capacity for two full-size GN1/1 gastronorm containers and a compact 790mm width, it's an excellent choice for displaying hot dishes, including breakfast items, cooked meats, vegetables and buffet foods.

Supplied with a standard UK 13A plug, the LD2 is easy to position and operate without specialist electrical installation.

Heated Base and Illuminated Gantry

The LD2 features an aluminium heated surface, providing even heat distribution beneath food containers.

Thermostatic temperature control allows the base heat to be adjusted, while the overhead halogen heat lamps provide additional warmth and attractive illumination.

The lamps can be switched off independently when overhead heating and lighting are not required, helping reduce unnecessary energy consumption.

A glass sneeze screen helps protect displayed food, making the LD2 particularly suitable for customer-facing buffet and self-service environments.

The unit is designed for holding previously cooked food at serving temperature, rather than cooking or reheating cold food.

Gastronorm Capacity

The heated surface accommodates up to two standard GN1/1 gastronorm containers, each measuring 530 x 325mm.

Gastronorm containers are not included and can be purchased separately.
