Lincat PHGBP80/N Phoenix Medium Duty Gas Bratt Pan – 80 Litre, 20kW, Natural Gas

The British-made Lincat PHGBP80/N Phoenix is a medium-duty, freestanding commercial gas bratt pan designed for versatile, large-volume cooking in professional kitchens.

With its generous 80-litre capacity and powerful 20kW gas heating system, this bratt pan is ideally suited to schools, care homes, hospitals, hotels, restaurants and commercial catering operations preparing food in larger quantities.

Suitable for braising, shallow frying, boiling, simmering and preparing sauces, the PHGBP80/N provides a versatile cooking solution in a single appliance.

Includes typical 2–3 working day Mainland UK courier delivery – shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Natural Gas and LPG Conversion

Supplied for natural gas operation, the PHGBP80/N includes LPG conversion jets, allowing conversion to LPG by a suitably qualified Gas Safe registered engineer.

Medium-Duty Phoenix Performance

Part of Lincat's British-made Phoenix medium-duty catering equipment range, the PHGBP80/N features robust stainless steel construction and a 12mm-thick cooking base designed to provide even heat distribution.

The adjustable temperature control allows everything from gentle simmering to higher-temperature frying, while the manual handwheel tilting mechanism makes emptying the pan straightforward and controlled.

A large pouring spout helps reduce spills when transferring cooked food or liquids.

The unit requires a suitable commercial gas supply and mains water connection. Professional installation is required.
