Lincat PHER02 Phoenix Medium Duty 4-Zone Induction Oven Range – 11.4kW, Single or Three-Phase

The British-made Lincat PHER02 Phoenix is a medium-duty, freestanding commercial induction oven range combining four powerful induction cooking zones with a spacious fan-assisted electric oven.

Designed for energy-efficient commercial cooking, this modern alternative to traditional gas and electric ranges is ideally suited to schools, care homes, pubs, restaurants, cafés and other professional kitchens looking to reduce energy waste, running costs and unnecessary kitchen heat.

At just 600mm wide, the PHER02 offers impressive cooking capacity while making efficient use of valuable kitchen space.

Includes typical 2–3 working day Mainland UK courier delivery – shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Energy-Efficient Induction Cooking – Better for Your Kitchen and the Environment

Induction technology heats compatible cookware directly rather than relying on a gas flame or a continuously heated electric hotplate.

This offers significant environmental and operational advantages:

* High Energy Efficiency – Lincat quotes approximately 90% energy efficiency for induction cooking, compared with around 50% for conventional gas hobs.
* Less Wasted Energy – Heat is concentrated in the cookware instead of being unnecessarily released into the surrounding kitchen.
* Automatic Pan Detection – The cooking zones cut power when no suitable pan is detected, helping prevent wasted electricity.
* Cooler Working Environment – Reduced waste heat can help make kitchens more comfortable and may reduce ventilation and air-conditioning demands.
* No Gas Combustion at the Hob – Unlike conventional gas burners, induction cooking produces no combustion gases at the cooking surface.
* Faster, More Responsive Cooking – Rapid heating and precise control help chefs work efficiently during busy services.

For businesses looking to reduce their environmental impact, induction offers a practical route towards more efficient cooking. Actual energy savings and carbon benefits will depend on usage, the equipment being replaced and the electricity supply.

Electrical Connection – 11.4kW Hardwired

The PHER02 can be installed using either a suitable single-phase or three-phase electrical supply:

* 230V Single-Phase – 49.6A
* 400V Three-Phase – L1 17.4A, L2 16.1A, L3 16.1A

Professional hardwired installation is required.

This is NOT a standard 13A plug-in appliance. Customers should confirm that a suitable electrical supply is available before ordering.

Four-Zone Induction Hob and Fan-Assisted Oven

The PHER02 features four 190mm-diameter induction zones, each rated at 1.85kW.

For particularly demanding cooking tasks, two zones can be boosted to 3kW for up to ten minutes. Power to the remaining zones is automatically reduced during boosting.

The durable 6mm-thick glass-ceramic hob is easy to wipe clean, while the fan-assisted 4kW electric oven provides consistent heat distribution for roasting and baking.

With capacity for three GN1/1 Gastronorm containers, the oven offers excellent flexibility for preparing multiple dishes simultaneously.

The oven is supplied with three shelves and provides five shelf positions.
