The British-made Lincat PHDR01/P Phoenix is a medium-duty, freestanding commercial dual-fuel oven range combining six powerful LPG propane gas burners with a twin fan-assisted electric convection oven.

Ideal for pubs, restaurants, hotels, schools, care homes and busy commercial kitchens, this versatile cooker combines the instant, responsive heat of gas cooking with the consistent results of an electric oven.

Its six individually controlled 6kW burners provide ample hob capacity, while the spacious oven accommodates up to four GN1/1 Gastronorm containers, making it ideal for preparing several dishes simultaneously.

Electrical and Gas Requirements

The PHDR01/P requires both a suitable LPG propane gas supply and a professionally hardwired electrical connection.

The 6kW electric oven can operate from either:

* 230V Single-Phase – 26.1A
* 400V Three-Phase – 8.7A per phase

This is NOT a standard 13A plug-in appliance.

The gas hob requires a propane supply at 37mbar. Installation must be carried out by suitably qualified gas and electrical professionals.

Medium-Duty Phoenix Performance

Part of Lincat's British-made Phoenix medium-duty catering equipment range, the PHDR01/P features a fully pressed hob for easier cleaning and twin heavy-duty cast iron pan supports.

The powerful gas burners offer excellent control for boiling, frying and simmering, while the twin fan-assisted oven circulates heat evenly for consistent roasting and baking.

With thermostatic temperature control from 40°C to 250°C, the oven offers flexibility for a wide variety of dishes.

The range is supplied with two oven shelves and five shelf positions, while rear castors assist with positioning and cleaning.
