The Lincat Opus 800 OG8002/N/DD is a powerful, heavy-duty natural gas oven range designed for high-volume cooking in demanding professional kitchens. Combining six powerful open gas burners with a large 4 x GN1/1 capacity oven and convenient drop-down oven door, this substantial 900mm-wide range provides the cooking capacity required by busy catering operations.

The Opus 800 range is Lincat’s heavy-duty cooking equipment range, built to withstand the rigours of the busiest commercial kitchens. The OG8002/N/DD is ideally suited to high-volume environments including large chain pubs and restaurants, hospitals, schools and care homes where durability, substantial cooking power and dependable day-to-day performance are essential.

Six powerful 7.5kW dual-concentric burners provide focused heat distribution and excellent control, allowing chefs to move from a fast boil through to a low simmer. Each burner is supported by an individual heavy-duty single cast iron pan support, while the low flue design allows full use of the complete hob top.

The large 4 x GN1/1 capacity oven is designed for high-volume service and enables four different foods to be cooked simultaneously. Unlike the standard OG8002/N, this DD version features a drop-down oven door, providing an alternative configuration to suit the layout and working preferences of the kitchen.
