The Lincat OE8020 Opus 800 is a powerful yet lower-load two-zone commercial induction hob, designed for professional kitchens that want the speed, control and efficiency of induction cooking where available electrical capacity may be more limited.

At just 400mm wide, the OE8020 provides two independently controlled induction zones within a compact footprint. Automatic pan detection cuts power when a suitable pan is removed, helping reduce unnecessary energy consumption, while multiple internal cooling fans and overheat protection are designed to provide reliable performance in demanding commercial kitchens.

The tough glass-ceramic cooking surface is easy to clean and withstands the demands of a busy kitchen, while the stainless steel construction allows the OE8020 to suite neatly alongside other equipment from the heavy-duty Lincat Opus 800 range.

Please note that the OE8020 requires a 400V three-phase hardwired electrical supply. It is not supplied for connection to a standard 13A plug.
