The Lincat OG8009/N Opus 800 is a powerful heavy-duty two-burner natural gas boiling top, designed for demanding commercial kitchens where performance, durability and reliability are essential. Its compact 300mm width makes it particularly useful where kitchen space is limited, while still providing an impressive 15kW total cooking output.

Two powerful 7.5kW dual-concentric burners provide excellent heat distribution and precise control, making the OG8009/N equally suited to rapid boiling and more controlled simmering. Heavy-duty cast-iron pan supports provide a stable cooking surface for commercial pots and pans, while flame-failure protection provides additional safety.

Part of Lincat's modular Opus 800 series, the OG8009/N can be combined with other Opus 800 appliances to create a professional cooking line tailored to your kitchen.
