Lincat Opus 800 Solid Top Range & Oven With Drop Down Door, Natural Gas, Model- OG8005/N/DD

Lincat Opus 800 OG8005/N/DD Natural Gas Solid Top Oven Range – Drop-Down Door

The British-made Lincat Opus 800 OG8005/N/DD is a heavy-duty Natural Gas solid-top oven range designed for demanding, high-output commercial kitchens.

Unlike a conventional open-burner range, the large cast iron solid top provides exceptional flexibility, allowing chefs to use everything from small saucepans through to large stock pots. A powerful 10kW dual burner creates a graduated heat across the cooking surface, with intense heat towards the centre for rapid boiling and progressively lower temperatures towards the outside for simmering and holding.

The profiled underside of the cast iron top promotes effective heat circulation, while the low-profile flue allows maximum use of the cooking surface.

Below is a powerful 9.5kW gas oven with a generous 4 x 1/1 GN capacity, providing substantial cooking capacity for busy restaurants, large pubs, hotels, schools, care homes and other high-volume professional kitchens. This /DD version features a convenient drop-down oven door.

Part of Lincat's heavy-duty Opus 800 series, the OG8005/N/DD is constructed for intensive everyday commercial use.
