Lincat Opus 800 Solid Top Range & Oven, Propane, Model- OG8005/P

Lincat Opus 800 OG8005/P Propane Gas Solid Top Oven Range – 900mm

The British-made Lincat Opus 800 OG8005/P is a heavy-duty propane gas solid-top oven range, designed to provide excellent flexibility and high-output cooking performance in demanding commercial kitchens.

The large cast iron solid top allows chefs to use everything from small pans through to large stock pots without being restricted by individual pan supports. Its powerful dual burner creates a graduated heat across the cooking surface, allowing rapid boiling in the hotter central area while the outer areas can be used for simmering and holding.

The profiled underside of the cast iron top is designed to optimise heat circulation, while the low-profile flue allows maximum use of the cooking surface.

Below is a powerful gas oven with a generous 4 x 1/1 GN capacity, making the OG8005/P particularly well suited to busy restaurants, large pubs, hotels, schools, care homes and other high-output professional kitchens.

Part of Lincat's heavy-duty Opus 800 series, the OG8005/P combines robust commercial construction with simple mechanical controls and requires no electrical connection.
