Lincat Opus 800 Six Square Hotplate Electric Boiling Top, Three Phase/15.6kw, Model- OE8011

The Lincat OE8011 Opus 800 is a powerful heavy-duty six-plate electric boiling top, designed for high-volume commercial kitchens requiring fast, dependable cooking performance.

Six powerful 2.6kW square cast-iron hotplates provide a total cooking output of 15.6kW, delivering fast and responsive heat across a generous 900mm-wide cooking surface. The fully pressed and sealed hob is designed for easier cleaning, making the OE8011 particularly well suited to busy restaurants, pubs, school canteens, care homes, hospitals and other demanding catering environments.

Part of Lincat's modular Opus 800 series, the OE8011 can be used as a countertop appliance or paired with the compatible Lincat OA8914 floor stand, available separately, to create a full-height freestanding installation.

**Please note: this is a high-powered 15.6kW, 400V THREE-PHASE appliance. It requires a direct hard-wired electrical connection and draws 22.6A per phase. It cannot be operated from a standard 13A plug or normal single-phase supply. Professional electrical installation is required.**

For a freestanding installation:

* OA8914 – Opus 800 900mm Floor Stand with Legs – sold separately
* OA8914/C – Opus 800 900mm Floor Stand with Castors – sold separately

Lincat does not currently list a pedestal-with-doors option as a model-specific accessory for the OE8011.
